All orders for Marzel Carpet Tiles are subject to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing by Dolphy India Private Limited. Placement of an order shall be considered acceptance of these terms.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice unless specifically confirmed in writing. Applicable GST, transportation, loading/unloading, installation, insurance, and other statutory charges shall be extra unless specifically included in the quotation.
Orders will be processed only after receipt of the confirmed Purchase Order and agreed advance/payment. Any modification or cancellation after order confirmation shall be subject to approval by Dolphy India Private Limited and may attract applicable charges.
Payment shall be made strictly as per the terms mentioned in the quotation, Proforma Invoice, or Purchase Order confirmation. Delay in payment may result in withholding of dispatch or delivery.
Delivery timelines are indicative and commence from the date of order confirmation, receipt of advance payment, and finalisation of product specifications. Dolphy India Private Limited shall not be responsible for delays arising from transportation issues, supply-chain disruptions, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Carpet tiles may have minor variations in colour, texture, pattern, thickness, or shade between different production batches. Such natural manufacturing variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects. For best visual consistency, the required quantity for a project should preferably be ordered from the same production batch.
Minor dimensional and technical variations within acceptable manufacturing tolerances may occur. Product specifications are subject to improvement or modification without affecting the intended performance of the product.
Customers are advised to order an additional quantity to accommodate cutting, installation wastage, future replacement, and site-specific requirements. Dolphy India Private Limited shall not be responsible for shortages caused by incorrect site measurements or inadequate wastage allowance.
All carpet tiles must be inspected for colour, design, batch, quantity, dimensions, and visible defects before installation. Installation of the product shall be deemed acceptance of its visible appearance and condition. Claims relating to visible defects may not be accepted once the material has been cut or installed.
Carpet tiles must be stored in a clean, dry, enclosed environment and protected from moisture, excessive heat, direct sunlight, contamination, and physical damage. Damage caused by improper storage, handling, transportation after delivery, or site conditions shall not be covered under warranty.
Product photographs, digital images, printed catalogues, and screen displays are indicative. Actual colours may vary due to photography, printing, lighting, monitor settings, texture, and manufacturing batches. Customers are advised to approve a physical product sample wherever exact colour matching is critical.
Samples submitted for approval represent the general appearance and characteristics of the product. Minor variations may occur in bulk production within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Risk in the goods shall transfer to the customer upon delivery or handover to the transporter, as applicable. Ownership/title may remain with Dolphy India Private Limited until full payment for the supplied goods has been received.
Dolphy India Private Limited shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transport disruptions, shortage of raw materials, fire, flood, epidemic, war, or other force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dolphy India Private Limited's liability shall be limited to the value of the affected goods supplied. The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or commercial losses resulting from the use, installation, or inability to use the product.
Marzel reserves the right to modify, upgrade, discontinue, or improve product specifications, colours, patterns, construction, packaging, or technical features without prior notice.
The Marzel name, branding, product literature, artwork, photographs, trademarks, designs, and other intellectual property belonging to Dolphy India Private Limited may not be copied, reproduced, altered, or commercially used without prior written permission.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
By placing an order, accepting delivery, or installing Marzel Carpet Tiles, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the applicable product specifications, commercial terms, installation requirements, and these Terms & Conditions.
